Shipping policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on zehncreations.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Zehn Creations Corp. (Ontario, Canada), operating under the brand Zehn.

Processing times, shipping timelines, and customs requirements may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, and regulatory changes.

Order Processing (1–3 Business Days)

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include transit time.

During promotions, launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships (where tracking is available).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. If additional countries are offered in the future, available destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and carrier pricing.

Carriers

We may ship using major carriers or logistics providers depending on your location, shipping method selected, service availability, and operational needs.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, remote delivery areas, or customs processing.

Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, we will provide tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after label creation.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs (U.S. & International Orders)

For shipments to the United States and any other international destinations, customs regulations, import duties, brokerage fees, and tariff policies may apply.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Where available, we may ship orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or similar services so that duties are handled upfront.

However, due to evolving trade regulations and tariff policies — including changes imposed by U.S. authorities — we cannot guarantee that additional import-related charges will never be assessed after shipment or delivery.

If customs authorities or carriers assess duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing for your specific order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including unit numbers, buzzer codes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@zehncreations.com. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you. We may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund minus shipping/handling costs where permitted by law.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once transferred to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, your building concierge, and the carrier.

If a shipment appears lost in transit or stalled for an extended period, contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation. Carrier decisions and investigation outcomes are outside our control.

Delivered packages: If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Damaged Items (Report Within 7 Days)

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@zehncreations.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • a photo of the outer shipping box,
  • a photo of the damaged item(s), and
  • your order number or invoice.

We will review and resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.
