At Zehn Creations, we prioritize your satisfaction with Zehn Hair Oil, a premium cosmetic hair and scalp oil serum. Due to hygiene and safety standards, all opened or used cosmetic products, including hair oils and serums, are strictly non-returnable.
Order issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
In limited situations, we may review other concerns on a case-by-case basis. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Exceptions for Issues
- Inspect upon delivery: Check your package immediately.
- Time limit: Report issues within 7 days of receipt.

Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

- Final sale or clearance items.
